Resolutions Rewind

So we’ve made it through the first two weeks of the New Year. And for about the 68% of us that have made New Years Resolutions hopefully you’ve been able to get rolling and pushing towards your new goals.

Unfortunately for many of us the hype of New Years wears off quickly and after the first month 50% or more won’t continue with those goals. And the 32% that never made any are staying the exact same anyways.

Learning to Embrace the Uncomfortable

At some point in all of our lives we are faced with uncomfortable situations. Relationships, job interactions, physical challenges and the list can go on and on. Some of these encounters are big while some might be small and seem insignificant. I would argue that your response to the small and seemingly insignificant will shape your response to the large uncomfortable situations.

The Power of Saying No

With a lot of things in life, what’s our real motivation to do them?

Please other people or prove them wrong.

Prove to ourselves what is possible.

Just for the hell of it.

Or because there is some direction behind it.
